  • Year ·2025AccessGOIndustry ·Accessibility & Compliance
    Laravel | Filament | Vue.js

AccessGO is an automated web-accessibility platform that helps companies, public bodies, and agencies meet WCAG 2.1/2.2, BFSG, BITV, and the European Accessibility Act. A continuous audit engine crawls each domain, scores every page, pinpoints issues down to the DOM node, and tracks remediation over time. An embeddable per-domain widget lets visitors adjust contrast, font, spacing, dyslexia mode, and screen-reader and keyboard navigation, while a browser assistant flags barriers and generates alt text. Rounded out with an automated accessibility-statement generator, multi-language compliance statements, and role-based access. Built on Laravel and Filament with Stripe (Cashier) subscriptions and CDN-backed delivery — GDPR-compliant and hosted in Germany. In use on 1,000+ websites across Europe.

Thanks to Simon for the efficient, smooth integration.

    Axel, Product Owner, AccessGO

Initial client-data import app to Airtable — complete, no errors. Kudos to Simon.

  • Year ·2025ZoriKidsIndustry ·Child therapy & psychology
Laravel | Filament | React Native

ZoriKids is the practice-management platform for a children's psychology center specializing in autism, Down syndrome, and ABA therapy. It coordinates therapists, parents, coordinators, and accountants around recurring session schedules — tracking each teacher–child appointment, daily and ABA progress reports with photo evidence, and monthly evaluations. Billing is built in: per-specialisation tariffs, budgets, subscriptions, payments, and the 50% CASS subsidy. A Laravel 11 + Filament (Shield RBAC) backend serves a Vue/Inertia web app and a React Native (Expo) mobile app for therapists and parents, with Sanctum auth, Reverb WebSockets for real-time emergency alerts, SendGrid mail, and Spatie media with video processing.

  • Year ·2024Maty ExpressIndustry ·International parcel delivery
    Laravel | Filament

Maty Express is the logistics platform behind a 27-year courier serving the Romanian diaspora — parcels between Romania, Spain, and Belgium. It runs both B2C last-mile delivery and B2B cargo between hubs: order intake through an online shipping portal, pickup from homes or partner centers, polymorphic multi-stop routing, package scanning at every handoff, dynamic pricing, invoicing, and analytics across orders, users, and payments. Customers track shipments and receive phone/SMS confirmation at each stage. Built on Laravel + Filament (Shield RBAC), with route optimization via Zeo Route Planner and Google Maps, SMS and email notifications, and Redis-backed queues.

  • Year ·2024XpressPanelHorizonIndustry ·Market research
    Laravel | Vue.js

XpressPanel Verbatim is the open-response coding engine for XpressPanel, an online market-research panel running surveys in 20+ languages. Researchers upload raw survey exports; the system parses the Excel files, dispatches batch jobs through the OpenAI API, and codes free-text ('verbatim') answers against per-project dictionaries, then correlates results back to each question. Multi-tenant by project, with FilePond uploads, Horizon-managed queues, and Excel exports of the coded data. Built on Laravel 10 with an Inertia + Vue 3 interface. Cuts manual verbatim analysis from weeks to minutes.

  • Year ·2023DarkHoundIndustry ·E-commerce & CRM platform
    Pure PHP

DarkHound is a Romanian software house whose modular platform (DHFR) powers websites, e-commerce, CRM, and ERP for its clients from a single config-driven codebase. Work here centered on the e-commerce side — invoicing, payment-gateway integration, and storefront modules — configured per tenant rather than rebuilt per client. 20+ client sites run on the platform, with deployments, security patches, and performance monitoring handled continuously. Pure PHP, no framework scaffolding.

What We Actually Do

Production software, built and maintained end to end. Senior-led ownership across the full lifecycle — architecture, development, deployment, maintenance. Three service areas span idea to scaled product.

Frontend Development

Production interfaces built for speed and accessibility — responsive layouts, reusable design systems, WCAG AA compliance, and performance tuned to Core Web Vitals on real devices.

  • Inertia + Vue 3 (modern, reactive)
  • Inertia + React (component-driven)
  • Livewire + Alpine (server-rendered)
  • Blade templates (lightweight)
  • React Native / Expo (iOS + Android)
  • Filament admin panels (rapid CRUD)
  • Design systems + theming (consistency)
  • WCAG AA accessibility (inclusive)
  • i18n + multi-language compliance
  • Performance budgets + Core Web Vitals
  • Email templates (Blade, MJML)

Backend & API Development

Backend services and APIs built to scale under load — strong typing, multi-tenant data models, comprehensive tests, and full observability to catch problems before users do.

  • PHP 8 / Laravel 11–12 (our foundation)
  • PHP packages + modular architecture
  • Filament resources + custom actions
  • MySQL + Redis (data + caching)
  • Reverb / Pusher (real-time features)
  • Stripe + Netopia (payment processing)
  • Sanctum + multi-tenant auth (secure)
  • Background jobs + queues (async work)
  • Multi-tenant schemas (SaaS-ready)
  • OpenAI + Claude (AI integration)
  • Webhooks + 3rd-party APIs (integrations)
  • Pest + PHPStan (quality assurance)

DevOps & Infrastructure

Infrastructure built for reliability — automated CI/CD, horizontal scaling, monitoring and alerting, plus backups and recovery procedures for availability under failure.

  • Docker + Compose (containerization)
  • GitHub Actions (CI/CD automation)
  • Google Cloud Build (deployment)
  • GCS + BunnyCDN (global delivery)
  • Sendgrid (reliable email)
  • Observability + alerting (monitoring)
  • Zero-downtime deploys (no downtime)
  • Database backups + DR drills (safety)
  • Secrets + key rotation (security)
  • Log aggregation + tracing (debugging)

How We Actually Work

Every project is designed with a clear goal that is well defined between all parties. This is achieved through a six-step engagement model: scoped brief, working prototypes, kick-off, weekly build cycles, clean launch, ongoing maintenance.

1. Briefing

The opening conversation between both sides. We capture the goal and finish line, the starting point, and the key checkpoints along the way — plus any onboarding needed to connect to your team and tools. A clear brief keeps progress visible and the value obvious at every stage.

2. Plan

With the brief agreed, the work is planned out: scope broken into milestones, dependencies and risks mapped, and a realistic timeline set. Everyone leaves knowing what gets built, in what order, and by when.

3. Design & Prototype

The product takes shape — wireframes, user flows, and clickable, navigable prototypes. Tone, motion, and overall feel are explored and refined together, reviewed in rounds until the design is clear, approved, and ready to build.

4. Development

Development runs in weekly cycles, with preview deploys on every push and a demo each week. Scope can change between sprints without disrupting the schedule.

5. Deployment

Deployment to production with monitoring, alerting, automated backups, and day-one smoke tests. A runbook and documentation are handed over so the team can operate, debug, and extend the system independently, with no reliance on us to keep it running.

6. Maintainance

After launch, the product is kept healthy through security patches, dependency updates, performance tuning, and new feature work as requirements evolve. Available on a retainer or ad-hoc basis.

Let's Build Your Product

A thirty-minute scoping call to define the project, agree on a timeline, and confirm the brief — directly with the engineers who will build it.
